There was no victory in the UK. The consumers of the UK will have less secure systems, and apple won't make it available there.
As for sweden, it has been turned into a surveillance state. The police can freely tap phones and infect laptops with just suspicion of crime. No paperwork needed, and it can be filed afterwards.
They also are increasing camera surveillance, and are allowing anonymous witnesses.
This is just the latest in a serious of incompetent and ridiculous laws proposed.
But sweden is socialist country in the best soviet example, so no one is surprised.
