This is very, very easy. Ask yourself the question, what would get Trump the most short term (maximum 3 year horizon) dollars, and you can then bet your sweet little pupushkin that that is the direction he will be taking.
The only balancing factor might be how he thinks it might affect his chances of getting a nobel peace prize. What he doesn't know, is that europe is heavily socialist, so he will never get it due to ideological differences with the peace prize judges.
