I would not perceive Elon as a scapegoat when he publicly expresses
his intentions of "screwing" persons and government institutions, etc.
There has been a number of acts of vandalism at Tesla dealerships, charging stations, etc... I would imagine the people working for these dealerships have suffered some hardships, I doubt the 300 billion dollar man felt any inconvenience.
