The T-Borg is very upset that a judge has put on hold the "Alien
Enemies Act".  Well of course, if those being deported had to be
confirmed (due process) in court, this would slow down the process.

With the "Alien Enemies Act" and nobody verifying each potential
person to be deported, then the ICE mice can play, and the T-Borg can
say "look at what I have done."

As stated before, news accounts suggest ICE has deported persons not
associated with that gang.
