Of course he does. He does not want a panic to spread further pushing down the price. On the other hand, he is no stranger to risk, so that would be the irony of fate. Musk borrowing heavily buyign Tesla at the bottom. Then securing a US Military deal, and see the stock rebound 50% and then selling at a nice profit! =D
