Some for sure, but not the broad masses, because then it wouldn't be insider information if it spreads too far.
That means there are people who did lose significant sums and they are not happy now.
What would be even better is if some information was published that showed Trump making huge sells in the market before communicating the tariffs. That would be hilarious and make some of his allies who did not get the PM even angrier. =D
