They cannot do that. All of the EU is dependent on Office 365, Google cloud, Azure and AWS.
If the EU goes down that route, Trump will just add a global sales tax on cloud services, and the EU will basically grind to a halt.

Honestly I think I am in agreement with D on this one. But just to play
devil's advocate: the war in Ukraine has not gone the way Putin had
intended, but he found himself unable to back out without losing face
or having to admit the mistake.  Trump quite admires Putin and might
find himself obliged to soldier forward through the consequences of a
stupid decision, claiming all the while he is right.
