I'm not familiar with how the brain works when progressing into
alzheimer.  It would depend upon which brain areas are affected.

 When he suggested, "Trump says he will reopen Alcatraz prison,"  or
"Trump says he doesn't know if he needs to uphold constitutional due
process," both of these statements are not based in clear thinking.
