Maybe a coincidence, but if so, this would suggest he "thinks" he has
a 'great idea' without exploring today's prison system.
Where's Elon, wasteful spending when it costs 3x more than a regular
prison to operate. Plus, he wants to build more units there.

Oh, on another note, Trump's film tariff...he initially said 100%
tariff, then he backed off later. He is without evaluation skills.
