RE: "The president said on Sunday that he would impose a 100 per cent
tariff on films made abroad because "the Movie Industry in America is
DYING".
"Actor Jon Voight and his manager met with President Donald Trump to
propose a series of policies, including tariffs, that they said would
incentivize domestic film production."
"Shortly after the men met with Trump, the president announced Sunday
that he was authorizing the Commerce Department and the U.S. trade
representative to "immediately begin the process of instituting a 100%
Tariff on any and all Movies coming into our Country that are produced
in Foreign Lands."

He acts impulsively, which suggests to me, his evaluation skills are
lacking. I lack awareness of alzheimer "effects", but surely in his
previous business years, he evaluated the best he could before acting.
So here, he was presented a "plan" and then directly acted upon it.
"Trump says he will reopen Alcatraz prison,"
"Trump announced Alcatraz reopening just hours after 'Escape from
Alcatraz' aired on a South Florida PBS station"
Based upon above comments, its quite possible he did the same here.
WH staffing should know by now if he needs to check in with the
