Business interests imported black slaves....remember that?
Congressional folks have known for years they were crossing the
border, and did not crack the whip hard on businesses who hired them.
Other countries have allowed outsiders to come in, and guess what, do
blue collar work....and select white collar jobs. In US, the same.
Do the research, when unemployment is low, this sucks for employers.
They can't pick/chose the best, and they might have to increase wages.
