Congressional folks have known for years they were crossing the
border, and did not crack the whip hard on businesses who hired them.
Other countries have allowed outsiders to come in, and guess what, do
blue collar work....and select white collar jobs. In US, the same.
Here in the US, low-quality immigrants were allowed to illegally enter
and stay here, put down roots, and live off of crime and welfare. Dubai,
for example, imports workers too, but only the high quality ones get to
stay because you either move up, or you have to move out. The dumb slave
laborers are CERTAINLY not allowed to stay, let alone put down roots.
