Also, Peskov called for "thinking about MaX", not Telegram, TASS reports. According to him, Russia needs to develop its own platforms and make the Max messenger more attractive to users in the CIS. He also noted that the authorities do not work with "hostile social networks", so it's necessary to figure out how to deliver information without using such platforms as Telegram.
According to the survey, 40% of Muscovites are ready to put up with internet disconnection "for the sake of safety". The remaining 60% of respondents do not agree with such restrictions, because they greatly interfere with work and life.
There have also been reports that Moscow businesses have already lost up to 5 billion rubles due to the five-day internet disconnection. The most affected were courier services, taxis, car-sharing, and retail trade.
During the internet disconnection, subscribers report that only four internet services are working with whitelists in Moscow: VK, Yandex, State Services, and Max. This is a response to the post seen at:
