MMS is dead or will die soon. In Europe it was turned off in most
markets a couple of years ago. The reason: No demand because
crossplatform messengers transport media cheaper and much more reliably.
Use Signal, Telegram, WhatsApp or Threema for this purpose.

Non-Apple USA users are forced to use third parties? :( I haven't heard MMSes are going away in USA? I know 3G and older are gone.
