I had to look up what "51" meant, where perhaps it's a reference to the
"California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 5150" which allows for
the involuntary detention of an individual for a 72-hour psychiatric
evaluation if they are deemed a danger to themselves, a danger to others,
or gravely disabled.
I've studied the behavior of all the Apple trolls, simply because they're
such strange people, where Alan Baker is a rather sadistic individual.
He derives immense pleasure by posting absurdly inane denials of any facts
about Apple he abhors, which, unfortunately for him, are a lot of facts.
His brain doesn't scratch the surface on any topic, which was shown when he
argued for weeks that it was impossible to change a Usenet header line.

Other than Professor Lorenz & Snit, who else can possibly be *that* stupid?
Back to the main topic at hand though, thanks for bringing it to the fore,
as I was unaware Apple had made this decision & I applaud it, ad do you.
I looked it up as to what caused Apple to make that decision, where this is
a summary of the analysis that came out (I've simplified the answer a bit).

2. Expansion of U.S. Operations
3. Strengthening U.S. Innovation and Job Creation
4. Strategic Diversification
