When did…?

Out of sheer boredom I finally found the time to look behind my filters to
see some of the messages that normally don't pass muster.

One question though: When and how did this group morph into
misc.phone.mobile.iphone.vaccine-debate? Even considering the excessive
crossposting, isn't that about as off-topic as you can get?
