The colour is there for a reason. Apple's Messages has features not available in normal texting, the difference in the bubble's colours let users know which can use those features and which cannot.
Lets all sue KFC because their fried chicken has a "secret recipe" that nobody else has.
It's moronically stupid and noe of these idiots should ever get anywhere near a court ... but greedy-ass scumbag lawyers want paying, so they'll take on anything, no matter how idiotic it is, as long as they get paid.  :-\
