It was just an additional idea. Does such location tracker software
exist, that allows Android-users to track an iPhone?
That’s my next search once I know that one exists for the iPhone users.
There is a plan/agreement between Apple and Google to share access to the
Find My network. If/when that happens is a separate question...
If you trust your family you can give them your Apple ID and password which
they can use via the Apple website to track your phone.
Don't do that under any circumstances! Then your relatives have access
to *everything*! Never ever do such a stupid thing!
I said Brain 2.0, Chris.
Don’t worry, I wouldn’t do that.
Family and friends can have their own Apple IDs, and you can then share various things via "family" sharing options ... but for Android users, they would have to log into the Apple website to use any features such as Find My.
For you requirements, you would probably better off with a third-party app, but I don't know which, if any, is the best to use. Personally I would never trust a third-party free app for tracking - you'll never know where they are selling your data to make their money!
It can be done via Google Maps, but only for 24 hour time frames, so you would have to reset it each day.
