 It means high profile people (politicians, journalists, activists, company execs, etc) who are likely targets of sophisticated attacks such as made possible by NSO Group Malware (and others).
 So.  Unless you are one of the very, very, very few who are targeted, this attack is not a worry but it does give some trolls an uncontrollable urge to belch all over the place, again.
