1. The first Windows Phone came out more than 3 YEARS after the first
iPhone.
2. When the first Windows Phone was released in October 2010, the iPhone had already had an App Store for more than 2 years.
3. Jobs didn't steal anything from Xerox PARC, and some of what you THINK was taken from there was actually invented by Apple.
Win CE in 2002, but what do you know.
Zerox PARC mouse and GUI, but what do you know.
