In my experience, Find My is not that granular (time wise) with updates
- usually 3 - 10 minutes (or more) apart.
 
If you want "real time" (or about 5 - 10 second lag) then an app like
Glympse is the go to.

Find My does have a "live" mode where you can follow them in real time, but
it won't be as granular as CSB makes out. GPS is not that accurate and
certainly not inside a plane.
