I have a hard time seeing and reading the user comments of some apps
in the App Store. The stars are there with the number of ratings, but
the user comments ara not. I know that I also left comments on an app
that I use, but could not find them appear published in the App

I'm not doubting your claim, but I'd like to see an example of what you
describe.  I have seen plenty of 1 and 2 star reviews of apps.

It’s hard to show something that’s no longer there.
