Technically the Apple I and Apple II computers didn't even have an in-built OS as such. They did have "Apple DOS" or "Integer BASIC Apple Dos".
The Lisa and Classic Macintosh computers did have an operating system, but that wasn't based on Unix, Linux, nor anything else, although was "inspired by" the Alto computer. (Despite some claims on the internet, MacOS 9 was not Unix-based ... that seems to come from a confusion with the Unix-like "OS-9", which is a completely different non-Apple product made by Microware Systems Corporation.)
