Did you perform a migration from your old iPhone...
 
...or did you set a new iPhone without doing a migration?
 
Because I've done multiple migrations for myself and for my clients (not
that they really needed me to do it, but when you have older folks with
money, they like having the help).
 

Personally I didn’t do anything other than put my PIN code in the new phone
and old phone. The new phone was already preloaded with the standard Apple
apps and the required Microsoft ones. When I got there the technician
synced the two phones by bringing up the funny squirming ball on my phone
and using the camera on the new phone to scan it. I assume that is a
migration.
