I had COVID before the shots came out. My immunity is FAR SUPERIOR
to yours, durable, and I suffered no long lasting effects. In fact,

So your lymphocytes can do their own research against an antigen (spike
protein) that is ephemeral and matches one of the main antigens (spike
protein) of a virus that is much less ephemeral and has worse and longer
lasting repercussions than the vaccine. Duh!
 
A vaccine hijacking your cells to produce spike protein which confers
immunity to SARS-CoV-2 is far preferable to the actual virus hijacking
your
cells, especially when people were immunologically naive. Nowadays either
the virus or the vaccine will update immunity in complex ways given
imprinting. I would prefer the vaccine.

The spike proteins produced as a result of the shot do NOT stay confined
in such a manner.

As I have never been sick from COVID, my immunity is superior to yours
since you actually caught it. Immunity to COVID for most is fleeting
because the virus evolves so readily. Our B cells evolve too due to
mutation of DNA and selection of better adapted variants. Again I would
rather this process happen in response to a vaccine than a pathogen.

 
Your immunity is NOT better than my natural immunity. For one, the spike
protein mutates frequently, thereby rendering the shots ineffective after
a few months. That's why YOU have to keep getting "boosters". MY immunity,
however, includes recognition of other parts of the virus, including, for
instance, the nucleocapsid protein, which changes not nearly as frequently.

Anyone who asserts “The only people lying were those who were pro clot
shot.” is incapable of arguing in good faith and discredits themselves. I
will not be dissuaded from getting my updated shot this fall, though I
might time it a little later. Worked well so far. Given I never suffered
COVID that long COVID nightmare has not reared its ugly head for me.

I have just recovered, undamaged, from COVID. At my age it might well have
been Finito had it not been for the vaccines and boosters.
 
I shall gladly take any further boosters as soon as they are offered to me,
which they surely will be sometime in the Autumn.

You might consider the time gap between your infection and the availability
of the updated vaccines in figuring out when to get the shot. Plus there’s
the time gap between your next shot and when subsequent updates shots will
be available.

I have been getting the flu and COVID shots together and the flu shot is
also a timing thing, between receiving it and when the peak of the season
might occur.
