 It's interesting how you frame your question in a sly way so you will
be right however I answer it.  It would be more honest of you to just
state your case rather than attempt to walk me into your trap.
 

My case is that someone who currently is declared dead by the tests available to us today who "comes back to life" was never dead in the first place.
Just like people who were declared dead because they had no pulse were never actually dead back when THAT was the metric used to declare death.
