Hello,

About 30 minutes ago, 2020 13" Intel MBP's macOS Ventura v13.6.9
showed an unexpected "Device Added to Your Account -- A Mac now has
access to iMessage..." notification alert. However, I don't see any
unrecognizable device(s) in this Apple ID account. Is it somewhere
else? Or a hiccup?
:/

Likely just a hiccup. I've noticed this message after signing into a
Mac I haven't used in a while, for instance. This shouldn't concern
you if you have a secure password for your Apple ID and are using
two-factor authentication.

Ah, thanks. Apple needs to make that messages clearer if that is the
case. Yes, complex passwords and 2FA.
It's right there in the message: "If you recently signed in to this
device, you can ignore this notification".
