I've got this weird thing happening with a lottery site, powerball.com,
that gives "The Request is Blocked" trying to enter the page. I play
this regularly and go there several times a week. This started
happening about a week or so ago. Javascript on or off doesn't seem to
matter. If I go into settings and clear history and website data it
will load again. I don't really do anything on the site other than load
the page. Any ideas on what is causing it to do this suddenly?
The National Lottery used to block me because it thought that my browser was
not located in the UK (IP address). It has stopped now, but may someting
similar be happening here?
Old John.
I don't think so, and I don't think they will not sell tickets to foreigners.
I have been trying to get it to reproduce the error, but I haven't been able to yet. I will have to check into safari and see what kind of tools it might have to find out what the reason or request being blocked is next time it appears. Any insight into doing that would be helpful. If one had to do this for browsing every day it would become tiresome.
