In Usenapp you can see when a filter was last used, so I clear those out
that haven´t been used for a year or more.

I filter both trolls and trollfeeders.
Once in a while I let some of the trollfeeders out because they sometimes
give valuable info.
Most of the time they go back to beeing filtered soon after though, because
they still can´t stop to feed the trolls, so the signal-noise-ratio is too
low to be of any value.
