Do you consider someone who posts on-topic conversations as a troll?
Certainly Jolly Roger, Alan (2), Lorenz do. They've probably been
sharpening their knives the past few weeks.
There's more nuance to whether or not someone is a troll than simply whether or not they post "on topic".
Yes. They must be approved on-topic messages.
The few adults on this newsgroup post to other newsgroups, and when we do,
we're not called trolls. Ever wonder why that is the case?
You, badgolferman, for example, and I, for another example, post to a
variety of newsgroups - but - it's only Apple newsgroups we're called
trolls.
Do you know why?
I do.
The Apple zealots are viciously reactive against the truth about Apple.
a. Tell the truth about Microsoft on a Windows group, & people agree.
b. Same with Android groups when you tell the truth about Google.
c. It's only Apple groups where those who say the truth are called trolls.
So be it.
