Since badgolferman rides a Gold Wing (which Honda doesn't usually
refer to as a "Goldwing" but many people do), he knows the terms
"ride" & "drive".

If someone walks up to him saying "I know everything about Goldwings
because I drive one myself", badgolferman would know he is a poser.
Speaking of Goldwings, when I first got mine I noticed on various
websites the spelling alternated between Goldwing, Gold Wing, and
GL1800. Of course GL1800 is the official model of the motorcycle, and
mine is a 2002 GL1800A which denotes one with ABS.
I asked the guy who sold it to me whether it was a Goldwing or Gold
Wing and he told me Goldwing. He referred me to the manual and the
trim pieces on the bike which say Goldwing. I have seen the Honda
website which says Gold Wing, but frankly I think that was designed or
edited by someone who doesn't know the history of the motorcycle. I
don't really know, other than what the LCD display, manual and placard
on my bike say -- Goldwing.
