"Purchase" is misleading.
Should be "Apps that you installed from the store".
Which is, by some definition, a "free purchase".
It is a free app and I got it to my iPhone when I moved from Android to iOS. After that I just had to refresh it from the AppStore. It used to work fine after that till it started using commas for decimal points.
