If the app is no longer in the App store, there is probably a good
reason for that - like that it is obsolete. That's probably why you
think it is corrupt. I would contact the bank and ask them why the app
is unavailable and if it has been replaced by something new. I wouldn't
waste any time trying to resurrect an app that is no longer available.
Why not just extract the app from someone elses phone and have them give it
to you so you can install it on your phone? Why would that be difficult?
It is not that easy to find some other iPhone users in Hungary who bank with the BECU bank from US.
