No. What is "magical" is your touching belief that you even understand what "privileged ports" even means.
While that would be nice, my view is more pragmatic in that my
understanding of iOS is that an SMB server can not bind to those ports.
Your "understanding" on this is as deep as your "understanding" of the line a car takes through a corner on a racetrack.
i.e. You read something of dubious accuracy once somewhere and it has become and idée fixe in what passes for your mind.
