Apple Intelligence No Longer 'Available Now' After False Advertising Inquiry

Ooops.
And Apple had finally added a normal amount of RAM to the dumb terminals.
What a waste of perfectly good RAM that could have gone into Androids. :)

Here's the specific relevant quote in the referenced article:
 "Apple has removed the description 'available now' from the
  landing page for Apple Intelligence on the company's website
  following a recommendation from a truth-in-advertising organization."

Fancy that.
Truth in Advertising.

That's a new one for Apple.
It's widely known that Apple only tells the truth in court.

  "the issue in the National Advertising Division's
   mind is that Apple's marketing misled people
   as to what features were actually available."

This may be bigger than it appears as it just may be the first time in
history that Apple has told the truth, before they were sued in court.

This is further evidence of what I've proven for years, which is Apple only
tells the truth when Apple is forced by law to tell the truth.

Otherwise, Apple's default is the big lie.
Just watch what happens with the lawsuits, which I predict Apple will lose.
