The icon is a "H" which makes no sense. I can edit the shortcut

that the icons for App Store apps are bundled within the app itself
by the developer and are part of the app's core files. iOS doesn't
provide a built-in feature to directly modify these original app
icons.

Let us know how it works out as I haven't tried this myself on iOS.

-- Using Safari go to the website of choice.
-- At the bottom of the page click the Send To icon.
-- Scroll the list of options which pop up and choose Add to Home
Screen.  This creates a direct bookmark icon on the Home screen.
-- The Add to Home Screen menu pops up and you can change the name of
the desktop shortcut, but not the icon.

I have folders on my home screen which contain appropriate apps or
website shortcuts.  In this case I have one titled Medical where this
Safari shortcut resides.

I hadn't thought of using the Shortcuts app to do this but may give it
a try.  Unfortunately previous Shortcuts I've created get broken after
a while for some reason.  I had two which switched between 4G and 5G
but they stopped working a few months later.
