 A phone without the sd card (all else being equal) is always going to be
inferior in capability to a phone with the sd card. That's pure logic.
 Even if it's the exact same phone.

If it's "the exact same phone", but one of them has an SD card...
...that the SD card phone will cost more.
Features don't exist in isolation.
Cost vs benefit is what matters.
