If Biden is certified "INCOMPETENT", I don't believe he can be tried in
a Court of Law. So, maybe an investigation would be a mute effort.
If he is declared incompetent to stand trial, that will be a
judicial matter, for the court to determine at trail.
Investigating the Biden Cabal is completely different, and unless
they can all prove they were incompetent, charges can be filed and the
matter tried in a court of law.
