By sending newgroup messages at random, you are not a serious person. You
are hurting your own chances for gaining acceptance for your new hierarchy.

No News site with any significant number of users creates a free.*
newsgroup except upon user request. That's the same as creating a
newsgroup in a brand-new hierarchy.

Start doing the hard work of actual promotion. Stop sending newgroup
messages. Knock it off.
