Just open fr.usenet.abus.rapports, absolutely every report is to cancel a message from this server*, you can watch the delirious crossposts from one user, another one never replies on the group the first message was posted to, and they change identity every other week. For the bullying it's the same people but it's in french so maybe no one will understand here.
