Without reading the specific RFC sections I acknowledge and concede that there is very strong suggestions / encouragement to use specific values.
That being said, there are people doing things they should not do all of the time.  }:-)

At the time of my first post, I had only seen the *big* problem for those who do not accept the format flowed in reading. But afterwards I saw another (lesser) problem for those who read the format flowed.
