You can't write a faq, because to do that you need to be objective.

What's more, he's an anonymous right-wing stalker harassing a person clearly
identified by first and last name.
And of course, since he issues NoCeMs while I issue Cancels, he's trying to
make it look like Cancels are much worse than NoCeMs.
