FSVSVO "Excessive". For most servers, 3 newsgroups isn't anywhere
even close to excessive.
What you're probably referring to cross-posting between some specific
groups which is 'not allowed' according to the group(s)' charter.
Such kind of cross-posting can not be enforced world-wide, because
there is no generic server support to prevent/filter/'cancel' such
posts [1].
Nobody (except one person here) wants crossposts to be forbidden, it's one
very specific case with only two people heavily polluting for years.
So Tomas' claim that it's ECP and 'hence' abuse is irrelevant. Check.
And hence, as I said and you silently snipped (why?):
<me>
So these posts fall in the category of posts-some-people-do-not-like,
i.e. not abuse of the net.
</me>
Bottom line: You (plural) are trying to censor unmoderated Usenet.
That never worked and it never will.
Where is free speech when one person forbids all other to post on usenet
because he appropriates groups for his business (because he's selling
things to, he claims he's a kind of a fortune-teller) ?
And you (and others) can not filter these posts exactly *why*?
N.B. You also silently snipped my comments on client side filtering. I
wonder why that is!? :-(
So unless it's actual flooding (abuse of the net), nobody "forbids all
other to post" and nobody "appropriates groups for his business".
You seem to want this poster to be booted off i2pn2. If so, have you
filed a complaint with the admin of i2pn2? (Hint: This is not the i2pn2
support desk.) If not, why not? If so, what was the outcome? If the
i2pn2 admin doesn't want to boot this user and the peers of i2pn2 do not
feel the need to depeer i2pn2, that's the end of the story.
The problem is you don't understand the problem because you don't speak
french and don't read this groups, nor does the newsmaster of the server
used to pollute. Everybody(not him, really everybody) here can watch
somewhere else.
Don't blame me/us for you - again - being unable to make your case.
You just listed some headers of some articles, without even bothering
to say *why* you think they are "abuse", where it's documented that it's
abuse, who's responsible for preventing/handling that abuse, etc., etc..
Bottom line: They are just posts you - and some of your fellow
complainers - do not like, but for some unknown 'reason' are unwilling/
unable to filter.
