You are a small group of unbridled censors. The only thing that counts
is the rule of 80 more Yes votes than No votes which has always governed
usnet.

there are at least two hundred forty-seven (247) newsgroups in the
fr.* hierarchy (fr.bienvenue - fr.usenet.usages...possibly more on
some servers) of which only five of these newsgroups are moderated:
fr.misc.bavardages.dinosaures m
fr.usenet.abus.nocem m
fr.usenet.abus.rapports m
fr.usenet.forums.annonces m
fr.usenet.stats m
they say that most newsservers do not accept or apply these nocems
or cancels, so wouldn't it be more effective to moderate disrupted
newsgroups than continually pound their rickety podium for "votes"?
