The filter for requiring Followup-To was simple to implement, and I only
realized it was a rule for fr.* when I saw usenet.ovh NoCeM listing
articles for that reason. That's when I created the filter.
 
I'm aware there are other rules for fr.*, but as of now I have only
found a very long writeup of these rules in French. I don't plan to
translate and dig through all that. A simple and concise list in English
would be useful if such exists.
 
I'm not going to create filters for every thing in any hierarchy, but
where it is simple (like the Fu2), I will consider it.

You did great already, I mean the only technical rule you can enforce
automaticaly on fr is the one above. For the BI (which is *very* low of
fr), the tons of off-topic posts and the tons of noisy xposts, well I don't
see a simple way for you to handle them with scripts.

There was an true abuse *of* the network and you took care of it. Thank

Now, there are still abuses *on* the network (that some may qualify as
abuses *of* the network - concerning reccurent xposts I tend to do so)
using your server that you may (or may not) want to adress.

On i2pn2.org you mention that "[...] trolling [...] will all be addressed
once the admin becomes aware this is taking place". Well, I guess you are
now :)

Jokes aside, open fr.sci.zetetique and just count the xposts from "Pere
Sonnes". I keep the matter "technical" (ie: not content related).
