His homepage shows non-automated activity in mid July this year, the
only changes this year.  2022 was just as quiet, but he was busy there
in 2021 and 2023.

I can't find my message and I don't remember if it was before or after mid July.
However I find an exchange I already had with him in September 2023.

That being said, I find D's replies to this weekly FAQ more harmful that the
FAQ itself, but indeed this FAQ could be published monthly and that is why I
sent a message to Tim a few weeks ago.
