somehow usenet newsgroups still exist and hundreds of them are active
or very active ... could outsiders actually be dead without realizing
it? you know, like in that 2001 movie with nicole kidman 'the others'?
(yes, cf. bruce willis in shyamalan's 1999 thriller 'the sixth sense')

it might explain why insiders never pay any attention to the outsider,
insiders like to say "usenet is dead": are outsiders trapped in limbo?
