Looking for peering and help

I’m looking for someone to do peering with and also looking for help in setting up INN.
My server address is news.tcpreset.net.'
It’s a text only server and I’m finding difficulty to initialize innfeed due also to the fact that I do not have whom to make peering with or anyway the command of peering in newsfeed is probably wrong.
