Yes, 40Tude Dialog is a highly recommendable newsreader. But it runs on
Windows, while MacCafé is specifically designed for macOS.
It should also be noted that Pan can be installed on macOS using either
https://brew.sh or
https://www.macports.org. There used to be a Windows
build but I can't find it now.
