trn discussions on github

Hi,

I've enabled discussions on my trn github repository:
<https://github.com/LegalizeAdulthood/trn/discussions>

I will also continue to monitor this newsgroup, but github discussions
are a good way to interact with the work being done to produce trn 5.0
<https://github.com/LegalizeAdulthood/trn/milestone/1>.

The plan is to release 5.0 by the end of 2025.
